Symptoms

On : 6.2.1 version, IStream Publisher

When attempting to connect to the default Tomcat server homepage (http://localhost:8080),
the browser returns the following message:


ERROR
-----------------------
the page cannot be displayed`


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Confirm the Tomcat Web Server is running.
2. Launch the browser with the URL: http://localhost:8080
