PICK_FROM_LOC.INBOUND_UNIT_QTY is Not Getting Updated Correctly While Performing Hot Replenishment (Doc ID 2137491.1)

Symptoms

When performing hot replenishment during put away, the PICK_FROM_LOC.INBOUND_UNIT_QTY is not getting updated correctly.

Steps To recreate:

  1. Create 6 BD picks totalling 17 cases = 17 x 6 = 102 units and notice the PICK_FROM_LOC.INBOUND_UNIT_QTY = 102
  2. Create a pallet say 'P1' with 5 cases (casepack = 1) in staging location RECSTAGE using Inventory Inquiry/Edit By Container.
  3. Invoke Put away and enter container id as 'P1'.
  4. Notice the message - CREATE A HOT REPLENISHMENT? Click Yes.
  5. Confirm forward pick location and enter Confirm Qty as 4 and press TAB.
  6. Notice the message -  QUANTITY MISMATCH. RE-ENTER. Click OK
  7. Enter Confirm Qty as 4 case and press TAB.
  8. Notice the message - QUANTITY MISMATCH. RE-ENTER. Click OK.
  9. Enter Confirm Qty as 4 cases and press TAB.
  10. Notice the message - QUANTITY MISMATCH. RE-ENTER. Click OK
  11. Enter Qty as 4 and press F4
  12. Notice the message - CREATE A HOT REPLENISHMENT? Click No
  13. Complete putaway of residual one case to reserve location and observe that PICK_FROM_LOC.INBOUND_UNIT_QTY = 72 whereas inbound should be 102 to match BD picks.
