Update And Submit Of Charge Selector In PDC Throws A Random Error (Doc ID 2137672.1)

On : BRM 7.5PS11 / PDC version, Transformation for PDC

Upon update and submit of the existing charge selector, there is an error in transformation.
PDC screen shows the error as "Load utilities failed to commit the pricing component"
