Patchinstall Command Fails While Running Mace: 'rpas::DimensionException' Error Occurs (Doc ID 2137771.1)

Symptoms

We are not able to patch a Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF) instance due to errors occurring during mace execution.

Measure tmp_defreqmth was registered.
