Demantra SSO - Adding Or Removing Modules For The Users (Doc ID 2137832.1)

Customer mentions that when they have SSO enabled and when they create a user and assign S&OP responsibility and new user gets created that has following responsibility
Demantra Administrative Tools
Demantra Demand Planner
Demantra Demand Planner Web
Demantra Collaborator Workbench
Demantra Anywhere

And if they want to change this they have to assign or un assign a module manually
In their case they add the Security Management

Thereafter if on the VCP any changes are made to the user ( say another responsibility added) then user sync business event fired causing all the manual changes to be undone.
Security Management module is getting removed.

Is there a way to prevent the same
