Poor Performance of Cost Resolution Screen in Retail Invoice Matching

We are detecting poor performance of the Cost Resolution screen in Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM). On average, it requires 30-40 seconds (and sometimes up to a minute) to respond.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to resolve a cost discrepancy using the cost resolution screen.
2. Note the poor performance, as detailed above.
