Poor Performance of Cost Resolution Screen in Retail Invoice Matching (Doc ID 2138245.1)

We are detecting poor performance of the Cost Resolution screen in Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM).  On average, it requires 30-40 seconds (and sometimes up to a minute) to respond.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Try to resolve a cost discrepancy using the cost resolution screen.
  2. Note the poor performance, as detailed above.
