Symptoms

On OFSAAI 7.3.3.4.0, object migration of some allocations do not migrate the dependent hierarchy filters. No errors are found in the REV_MIG_LOG on target. This issue is only discovered after opening the allocations and finding the following error in the Allocation View or Edit screen:

ERROR
 Hierarchy Filter: Not Found

The issue does not appear to occur for all allocations with hierarchy filters.   The only way they could tell this was by going into the migration batch and clicked on any allocation migrated, it would tell you all dependencies.

It appears that the dependencies are not being saved to the REV_OBJECT_DEPENDENCIES table. A test of opening and changing Data Filter, save and changing back and the allocation is still not inserted into the REV_OBJECT_DEPENDENCIES table.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Log into OFSAA Infrastructure
b. Select the target Infodom
c. Go to Administration > Utilities > Object Migration
d. Create a new Object Migration rule
e. Select an Allocation that uses a Hierarchy Filter from the Source
f. Run the migration
g. Open the migrated allocations.
