Symptoms

When attempting to Export a Change Order with a specific Site
the following error occurs.

STEPS
1. Create Part
2. Select Sites tab and add 2 sites
3. Add Part to Change object
4. Select the Affected Items tab and create a BOM
5. Export the Change to aXML with a specific Site
