Symptoms
With the 1.12.0.3 SP, a "Mobile App Crew" checkbox in the "Crew MakeUp" window was added. This was added in the base product configuration but may not be wanted by existing products.
1.Bring up Crew Makeup on both a NMS system prior to the 1.12.0.3 service pack and a system at 1.12.0.3 or higher
2 Note the addition of the Mobile App Crew button
