Some Users Have Loading Stuck At 85% In Chrome And Firefox - "HierarchyRequestError" (Doc ID 2139049.1)

Symptoms

Some users have loading stuck at 85% in Chrome and Firefox.

The users complain that they cannot load Convergence on Chrome and Firefox, while logging in with Internet Explorer appears to work correctly.

So far, only a few users complained about the issue.

The browser Web Developer Console shows the following error on red:

"HierarchyRequestError: Node cannot be inserted at the specified point in the hierarchy"

Even though IE appears to work, when the Developer Tool is enabled, we see the same "HierarchyRequestError" in red.  Without the Dev tool, it keeps going despite the error occurring.
