Goal
On : 6.0.0.3.0 version, Cartridge Pack,
Getting below error while stopping and starting the Suspense DC node.
Error:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Recycle AQ and Recycle EP was up and running. But they were delaying in picking up a recycling record.
2. Attempt to restart both the Recycle AQ and Recycle EP nodes were made.
3. The Recycle EP started throwing this error.
