RMS ITEM_LOC_SOH Value Is Not Correct When a Transfer (TSF) Is Created in RWMS (Doc ID 2139411.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Retail Merchandising System (RMS) ITEM_LOC_SOH transfer buckets get misaligned when a transfer (TSF) is created in Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS).

When a stock order is created in RWMS, the ITEM_LOC_SOH buckets (tsf_reserved_qty, tsf_expected_qty, pack_comp_resv, and pack_comp_exp) get inflated.  This creates a misalignment of the warehouse tsf_reserved_qty that is not correct, and as these quantities remain reserved, it cannot be distributed to other locations.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Validate the tsf_reserved_qty, tsf_expected_qty, pack_comp_resv, and pack_comp_exp of an item in ITEM_LOC_SOH (ILS).
  2. Create a stock order in RWMS with requested qty greater than the ILS.STOCK_ON_HAND of the warehouse.
  3. Validate the tsf_reserved_qty, tsf_expected_qty, etc., of the item.
