Terminated Record Remains in Business Process Log (Doc ID 2139418.1)

Symptoms

In any version of Unifier User Mode:

Customer reports that some Terminated record is still being returned to the Business Process log. The expectation is that once any record is Terminated it will be removed from the Business Process log.
