The goal of this document is to provide a Data Collection for the Service Request.

On Oracle Communications Converged Application Server - Service Controller (OCCAS-SC), when there is an issue with the OCCAS-SC what type of Log's and Configuration files are needed to provide with the SR to resolve the issue.

Scope

The user must be familiar with the Operating System he is using.
