In Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) Release 14.1.X

User is unable to Reset Audit Status for a Store Day. Though the option is visible in the menu, but cannot select.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Invoke ReSA -> Store Day Audit
  2. Search for Audit Status = "Audited" and Data Status = "Fully Loaded"
  3. Try editing for a storeday
  4. Click on More Options
  5. Notice that "Reset Audit Status" is disabled.

Note: similar issue was seen on Store Day Summary screen as well. User cannot check box to override error in store day error list.
