Why are the Attributes Out of Order When Displaying an IM Document in AnswerFlow Editor? (Doc ID 2140650.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Symptoms

The Attributes of an IM Document are out of order when it is displayed in AnswerFlow Editor

This can be viewed in the JSON output (network tab in Chrome), when it gets the IM data.

It has been noted the attributes are using the order of the XML from the DB as opposed to the Channel's Schema

For Example

Given a Channel Called Procedure with the following attributes

Title

Summary

Step (Node)

Attachment(Node)

Sometimes the output is displayed out of order such as

"xpath": "//PROCEDURES",
"xpath": "//PROCEDURES/TITLE",
"xpath": "//PROCEDURES/SUMMARY",
"xpath": "//PROCEDURES/ATTACHMENT",
