In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), when you run an FTP Process with an Adjustment Rule, the Adjustment Rate is not getting output to the instrument table.  The TRANSFER_RATE column is populated successfully but the column OTHER_ADJUSTMENTS_RATE remains empty.

The Adjustment Rule definition is entered at the leaf / level0 level.  However, if you check the row in the table FSI_PROCESS_NODE_MAP for the process, the column ADJ_NODE contains a node level value and not the leaf level value.

select * from FSI_PROCESS_NODE_MAP
where node_map_id in (select node_map_id from FSI_PROCESS_NODE_HEADER
     where tp_process_sys_id = <insert System Id of FTP Process>);

If you change the definition from the leaf level to the node level, the Adjustment Rate is populated successfully.  You do not understand why the Adjustment Rate is not populated when the definition exists at the leaf level.
