Symptoms
DESCRIPTION: Argus Report scheduling service not working. Appears to be blocked from completing scheduling by the following error condition.
ERROR MESSAGES: "P_ERROR_TEXT set to DEFAULT: Failure code 500301001 for report scheduling of case XXXXXXXXXXXXX.Case Priorities assessed 0 Case Reporting Scheduled 0 Case Event Assessment 0"

SQL execution error, ORA-00936: missing expression
By using the following SQL statement:
SELECT DISTINCT case_master.case_id, -1 seq_num FROM case_master WHERE CASE_MASTER.CASE_ID IN (153818634) AND CASE_MASTER.CASE_ID IN ()"
