Billing Care Installation Errors (Doc ID 2142143.1)

Goal

Qn1: On : 7.5.0.0.0 version, followings are the errors during Billing Care Installation and Deployment  why?

Steps followed:

java -jar BillingCare_generic.jar -invPtrLoc $ORACLE_HOME/oraInst.loc

Qn2:  After the following settings, while connecting to below URL getting the following errors, why?

C:\Windows\system32>certutil -setreg chain\EnableWeakSignatureFlags 8
Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\OID\EncodingType 0\CertDllCreateCertificateChain
Engine\Config\EnableWeakSignatureFlags:

New  settings:
EnableWeakSignatureFlags REG_DWORD = 8
CertUtil: -setreg command completed successfully.
The CertSvc service may need to be restarted for changes to take effect.
