Symptoms

When attempting to create a new allocation the following error is thrown by RMSSUB_XALLOC.CONSUME:


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an Item and Purchase Order(PO) in RMS.
  2. Create a new allocation via RMSSUB_XALLOC.CONSUME.
  3. Note that the error is returned even though allocation has been created successfully.
