In Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) 14.1.x, we note very slow response time and the application becomes unavailable when performing any search operation on Receipt ID. The following error occurs in this scenario:
It has also been noticed that the search results displayed are repeating rows; this may be causing the slowness. We have reviewed the server logs and seen that the heap space was fully exhausted. The application was bounced and the application came up nicely, but the issue remains and will happen again if the same operation is performed.
Steps to Recreate:
1. In Document Maintenance, click Document Search
2. Enter Vendor ID (Pick a vendor which has many orders and receipts in system)
3. Enter Receipt ID and click the LOV button next to it. Note the poor performance and the resulting error.
