Incorrect Transaction Date Sent from SIM to RMS When the Store and Server Timezones Differ

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Wrong dates are sent from Store Inventory Management (SIM) when the store timezone and SIM server timezones differ, and when the transaction is performed during end of day.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set all the config_store system options related to timezone as FALSE.
2. Perform a warehouse delivery receiving where the store is not in GMT.
3. Notice that wrong timestamp details are sent.
