Convergence Fails to Export Contacts from Address Book in Microsoft Outlook CSV Format

Consider a setup running Oracle Communications Convergence version 3.0.1.x.0.
When an user tries to export contacts from his / her Address Book in Microsoft Outlook CSV format, it simply fails with no error displayed.
- Login to Convergence.
- Switch to 'AddressBook' tab.
- Click on the 'Import/Export' drop-down menu and click on 'Export' option.
- On the resulting window, titled 'Export contacts from Address Book', select 'Microsoft Outlook CSV' as the Export Format and then click on 'Export Contacts' button.
This results in no pop-up a new window to save or open the export file.
Upon clicking the 'Export Contacts' button, it should prompt for location of csv file & file name as shown in the below picture.
