In the Planning Manager Form (NAV: MRP / Setup / Planning Manager
we see error information is
ORACLE error 1407 in mrcsoc_compute_sales_order_changes
Cause: mrcsoc_compute_sales_order_changes failed due to ORA-01407:
cannot update ("MRP"."MRP_SALES_ORDER_UPDATES"."NEW_SCHEDULE_QUANTITY") to NULL ORA-06512: at "APPS.MRP_MANAGER_PK"

Start the planning manager
