BUG 20105132: PDQ Query By CNS Returns Just One Row When More Exists (Doc ID 2143075.1)

Last updated on MARCH 31, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Healthcare Master Person Index - Version 2.0.9 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On OHMPI 2.X, the PDQ Query by CNS Return problem

The issue reproduces when executing the PDQ query by CNS. The patient has 2 CNSs in its records, the PDQ response returns only 1 CNS, the one used in the parameter.
However, if querying the same record by Local ID, it returns both CNSs, as it should be.

It is reproduced via the PDQSupplier Web Service

Expect the PDQ Query by CNS returns both rows, as the Query by Local ID does.

The CNS is the main piece of information that the systems integrating with my customers one look for. When they query by CNS, they want to know the CNS defined as D (Definitive), if they can't find the right one, the whole functionality of using IHE to integrate data is compromised.
