On: version, Installation

The OHI application is not starting on Exalogic.
This is the first install done on Exalogic. This is the first install on oracle linux 6.5.

When attempting to start the OHI application, the following error occurs in the logging:

<May 17, 2016 5:24:39 PM EDT> <Warning> <HTTP> <BEA-101162> <User defined listener org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener failed: org.springframework.beans.factory.access.BootstrapException: Unable to return specified BeanFactory instance: factory key [core.context], from group with resource name [classpath*:beanRefContext.xml];

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Install Weblogic
Create domain
Deploy application.
This all works well.
Now start the application in the WebLogic console. This is not working as expected.
The logging shows errors.
