Symptoms
Deactivation of SMTP Mailers from Timed Jobs
Timed batch jobs jobs have errors from time to time, however SMTP facilities have not been configured on the lpar and every attempt to send an email is ending up with an SMTP error.
How can email messaging be deactivated ?
