Unable to Dispatch the Transfer after Applying Patch provided by Oracle (<Patch 23134523>) .
Steps To Recreate:
1. Create a Store to Store Transfer. Document ID - 1062
2. Approve the Transfer
3. Create Transfer Shipment using Document
4. Click on Confirm
5. Click on Dispatch to dispatch the Transfer
6. Say Yes to Dispatch Confirmation. Note : Application Throwing Error on UI.
