1. Add and configure Service Point to allow negative consumption by adding SP Characteristic Type/Value above.
2. Add and install Meter to the service point.
3. Add more than 10 meter reads and navigate to Read History page via Meter context menu. Verify that the 10th Read Difference in the Read History collection is incorrect.
