Unable to View Store Hierarchy in Central Office (Doc ID 2143921.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Central Office (ORCO) Transaction Tracker, 'Store Hierarchy to search' not displayed if context root is not ‘centraloffice’.

 

Pre-requisites:

  1. Install Oracle Retail Central Office (ORCO) so that context root is not ‘centraloffice’ (i.e., on  the installer screen "Application Deployment Details" for field "Context Root", supply a value that is not "centraloffice" -- e.g., "centraloffice1403")
  2. Sample data is loaded.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to ORCO.
  2. Click on tab "Transaction Tracker".
  3. Note on the page that "Use Hierarchy to search" does not display the store hierarchy. If script debugging is enabled in the IE browser, the following javascript error is shown:
