Goal

Scenario:

After Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) upgrade from 7.3.1 to 7.5 (and from 10g to 12c database), found difference in tables used by partition_utils utility. Below are the impacted tables:
 

 
See that the tables are empty. Will this cause any issues in future partitioning?
