Queue Exceptions Are Generated Due to "Data Connection Pool Has Timed Out With No Available Connection" Issues With the Store Database

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Transactions are not updated to the Database and written to the Queue Exception folder until the restart of the Database with Exception "Data Connection Pool has timed out with no available connection". This occurs due to connectivity issues with database.
The below exception is observed in the Queue Exception file:
Transaction Name: [TransactionWriteDataTransaction]
Error code:  [A database connection error occurred during database access.]
Error code (extended): 
Description: [DataConnectionPool has timed out with no available connections.]
Original exception: [null]
