Queue Exceptions Are Generated Due to "Data Connection Pool Has Timed Out With No Available Connection" Issues With the Store Database (Doc ID 2144441.1)

Transactions are not updated to the Database and written to the Queue Exception folder until the restart of the Database with Exception "Data Connection Pool has timed out with no available connection".  This occurs due to connectivity issues with database.

The below exception is observed in the Queue Exception file:

DataConnectionPool has timed out with no available connections.
Transaction Name: [TransactionWriteDataTransaction]
Error code: [20] [A database connection error occurred during database access.]
Error code (extended): [0]
Description: [DataConnectionPool has timed out with no available connections.]
Original exception: [null]
