RPAS Fusion Client: Bubble Chart Graph Shows Illogical Values when There Is No Data (Doc ID 2144578.1)

Symptoms

While viewing the Bubble Chart for 'Assign Category Strategies' in Oracle Retail Category Management and Planning Optimization (CMPO), it is showing large illogical values on the graph when the data contains no values (Zero data).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open 'Retail Category Management' Fusion Client Application. 
  2. Navigate to 'Category Planning' -> 'Category Planning' -> 'Assign Category Strategies' task.
  3. Open a workbook which has no values (Zero data) in some measures.
  4. View the data in Bubble Chart and notice the large illogical values on top of the graph.
Note: Whenever there is some valid data, the Bubble Chart is shown correctly.
