Forms Do Not Open If User Double Clicks On Control Folder In RMS Start Menu

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When double clicked on the Control folder in RMS Start Menu, the forms/folders in the right hand side do not open when double clicked individually. This issue does not occur when single clicked on Control folder.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open RMS application and login to a new session.
2. Double click on “Control” folder.
3. Now double click on any folder/form on right hand side : example supplier screen.
4. Note that the supplier screen does not open at all.
5. Now click on any folder in left hand side, example Buyer.
6. Note that supplier screen opens up now.
