When receiving a Purchase Order(PO) type appointment with perishable items, if SCP.DISTRIB_UNFIN_WIP = Y, then apart from receiving there is Inventory Adjustment record also created .

INVENTORY_DISPOSITION .TRANSFER_MESSAGE_FLAG ='Y' for RIP to RIP
Steps To Recreate:
1. Create a PO type appointment for a PO with perishable items.
2. Print the labels
2a. Notice that a record is created in CONTAINER with container_status = 'A' and inv_disposition = NULL.
2b. CONTAINER_WIP table is populated with the WIP_CODE attached to BEST_BEFORE_WIP SCP.
3. Receive the first container.
4. Validate that the information of the receipt was created in 'RECEIPT_TO_UPLOAD' table with ready to Publish.
5. Validate that the information of an adjustment was also created in INV_ADJUSTMENT_TO_UPLOAD table.
