ASCP Planned Safety Stock Does Note Match Calculation As Discussed In Note 376451.1 (Doc ID 2144875.1)

Daily ASCP planned Safety stock displayed in next bucket instead of current bucket

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
WE find that the safety stock quantity is displayed incorrectly in old horizontal plan UI and new planning UI.


Example :
Plan run : 05-19-16
Safety stock days : 7
Safety stock percent : 500
Item is MRP Planned and Safety stock planned.
Calendar is 7 day calendar (Org manufacturing calendar)

Expected Safety stock to show 17 on 05/19, 16 on 05/20 etc. instead of 17 on 05/20, 16 on 05/21 etc. based on below calculation. Safety stock seems to be offset by 1 day :

(Sum of gross requirements for Bucket Days (working days) * Percent) / (100 * Bucket Days)
