Symptoms

Duplicate list key error(11001,1881) is encountered when processing a Field Activity completion message sent via the field work integration product where the same Meter is being processed (i.e. when the Field Activity type is for Meter Configuration change) and/or multiple registers and multiple reads are to be processed.


Reproduce Steps
--------------------
1. Create a Meter Configuration Change Field Activity for the existing Service Point
2. Submit an XAI request to trigger the Field Activity Completion. An error should be encountered.
3. Sample Request for a Meter Configuration Change having multiple registers
4. Error reported as "<ResponseText>Unexpected error during request processing. (Server Message)
