Duplicate Customers Showing In AMI Customer List

Duplicate Customers showing in AMI Customer List. The duplicates contained a Request # and Request Date, but did not include a "Requested By".
It seems the auto-ping may have generated these requests and may somehow be causing duplicate rows to show up in the AMI Customer List.
After performing a manual meter ping for the customer, the duplicates immediately go away.
The list should never contain duplicate rows entries.
