Clicking "Save View Settings" Does Not Save Collapse/Expand Settings in "My Work" Page

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

“Save view settings" does not save the collapse/expand settings of project list in the "my work" page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
“Save view settings" should save the collapse/expand settings of project list in the "my work" page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click > My Work
2. Expand "My Projects"
3. Click > View > Save View Settings
4. Received a confirmation indicating "Application Settings are Saved"
5. Go elsewhere in the application and return to My Work.
6. Notice that the "My projects" list is collapsed.
