Symptoms
The value printed at the 'Health Care Professional' item on Medical Summary report is different from Case Form >> General >> Health Care Professional field.
'Health Care Professional' item on Case Form >> General vs Medical Summary report:
Case Form >> General >> HCP --> Medical Summary report >> HCP
When printed by 'ARGUS J USER' User Type user account:
1) 'Yes' at HCP on Case Form --> Japanese 'Yes' is printed on the report.
2) 'No' at HCP on Case Form --> Japanese 'No' is printed on the report.
3) 'Unk' at HCP on Case Form --> Japanese 'No' is printed on the report.
4) Nothing at HCP on Case Form --> Japanese 'No' is printed on the report.
When printed by 'ARGUS E USER' User Type user account:
1) 'Yes' at HCP on Case Form --> English 'Yes' is printed on the report.
2) 'No' at HCP on Case Form --> English 'No' is printed on the report.
3) 'Unk' at HCP on Case Form --> English 'No' is printed on the report.
4) Nothing at HCP on Case Form --> English 'No' is printed on the report.
In addition, the 'Health Care Professional' item is existing at 'General Case Information' block instead of 'Reporter Information' block.
