Allocations Using Portfolio Tables are Failed with Error ORA- 00942 After Upgrading to PFT 8.0.2

In PFT 8.0.2, after upgrading to OFSAA 8.0.2 the allocations using Portfolio table (both source and output) are failed although they were working properly in the previous release.
The error message below showing in the log file:
Module Logging OFS errors: (203105) Oracle drv_oci error: OCI Function:  - oexec(),
oexn() SQL Function:  - SQL function not found! Oracle Error:
ORA- 00942: table
or view does not exist Driver Function: drv_oci::Execute() SQL
Statement: TRUNCATE TABLE GLBL15384TMP
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
To run the allocations using Portfolio table after upgraded to OFSAA PFT 8.0.2.
Upgraded to PFT 8.0.2.
