 Some products applying monthly cycle arrears fees base, the price depending on customer attributes stored in /service.
The product is configured with rate plan selector, based on /service attributes, different rates are selected to applied different prices.
When the attribute is changed, Does BRM takes the latest attributes (in /service) or does it read the audit trails (e.g. /au_service) for the time ?
 Whether or not CYCLE_FORWARD opcode fetches audit rate plan objects while applying cycle fee ?
