PCM_OP_CUST_CREATE_CUSTOMER Doesn't Synchronize Account To ECE (Doc ID 2145683.1)

Goal

On : 7.5.0.13.0 version, Account Sync

When using PCM_OP_CUST_CREATE_CUSTOMER opcode, the CustCreate event is not sent to ECE after completion of account creation.

Workaround followed by Customer is to create the missing "/event/notification/customer/reg_complete" with PCM_OP_ACT_USAGE.

Expected Behavior:
------------------------
/event/notification/customer/reg_complete event should be created by PCM_OP_CUST_CREATE_CUSTOMER opcode to propagate the customer properly to ECE.

PCM_OP_CUST_CREATE_CUSTOMER has been used instead of PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER due to transaction handling issues.


Qn: Why /event/notification/customer/reg_complete event is not getting created after account creation using opcode PCM_OP_CUST_CREATE_CUSTOMER?
