Performance Issue in Policy Plan Zone (Doc ID 2145800.1)

On RMB version, Performance Issue experienced in Policy Plan Zone UI.

As the number of Products (Price Items) configured in the application increase, the application response and render time on the Policy Plan screen is impacted adversely, causing performance issues.
The dropdown filter for “Product” field on Policy Plan Portal contributes to this issue. With higher number of Price Items in the system, it takes a long time to load up this page as the dropdown list should fetch all the products.

There should not be any significant difference loading the values even when the drop down list increases.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to “Customer Information > Policy” and bring up any Policy, then click on the “Plan” tab
2. Increase the number of Price Items by configuring on the system
3. Notice that the time to load the Plan remarkably increases

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users experience a performance issue that creates unnecessary waiting.
