Symptoms

When attempting to import a Risk Register Excel file into PRA,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Server Busy"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch PRA.
2. Open plan.
3. Open Risk Register.
4. Import Risk Register Excel file.
5. Error.
