Performance Problems Querying And On Single Patient View Showing Observation (Doc ID 2145838.1)

On : 3.1 version Cohort Explorer,
When attempting to query a single patient, the view does not render when observations are selected and the following error occurs:

"Page Unresponsive" message is displayed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Cohort Viewer -> Cohort List menu -> Patients -> Data from the left pane, select Age, Gender, Test or Observation and select "Cholesterol" for example, then Submit
2. Navigate to Single Patient Viewer -> View Record
3. Check Consent, Patient History, Diagnosis in the left pane, then Submit
