Claims Stuck In Adjudication Done Status (Doc ID 2146016.1)

Symptoms

On :  2.14.2 version, Processing

In OHIPRD1 (production environment), OHI Claims version  2.14.2.0.19, some claims are getting 'stuck' in "Adjudication Done" status when processing and a general processing error is thrown -- see below.  Reprocessing does not fix or change the issue.

 at etc.
at org.springframework.aop.framework.CglibAopProxy$DynamicAdvisedInterceptor.intercept(CglibAopProxy.java:631) at com.oracle.healthinsurance.claims.service.internal.taskflow.components.FinalizeTaskTypeProcessor$$EnhancerByCGLIB$$c3994a81.execute() at etc.".

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
The issue can be seen by using the following steps:
1.
Process Claims.
2.
When claims are not finalized as expected, check the processing error on the
claim.
a)
NAV Claims / Claim Search to search for your claim.
Click on 'Processing Error'.
Then window 'View Technical Errors' opens.
Check the Task Name (in this case the task that errors is Finalize).
Click on Details to see the details of the error.
The error cannot be processed. When there is clicked on button 'Process' the
error occurs again.
