NoDaylightSavingTimeZoneWrapper in xai.trc
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the trace file (xai.trc), the returned trace date of any WS call doesn't take in consideration the French daylight saving time (DST).
All the dates in other logs seem to be correct.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The trace file (xai.trc) should take into consideration the French daylight saving time (DST).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. If one calls any WS at 2 PM in summer, the returned date in the xai trace file (xai.trc) will be 1 PM whereas the call time (CRE_DTTM) in the tables CI_XML_STGUP ,CI_XML_STGUP_EX and in the spl_service.log are correct (2 PM).
2. If one calls any WS at 2 PM in winter, all the returned date in the xai trace file (xai.trc) and the call time (CRE_DTTM) in the tables CI_XML_STGUP ,CI_XML_STGUP_EX and in the spl_service.log are correct (2 PM).
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Linking the xai.trc file with the others log files was a time and monetary effort. The DST time is mandatory for the xai trace file (xai.trc).
This needs to be fixed beafore the 3td of july 2016 for CCB 2.3.1 or CCB 2.4.x
