Symptoms

MSS 6.2.1  

The following error is observed  in MSS log :

<Warning> <JDBC> <BEA-001129> <Received exception while creating connection for pool "p13nDataSource": Listener refused the connection with the following error:

ORA-12519, TNS:no appropriate service handler found .

 This document provide steps to resolve the error .
