Bill Search Page Doesn't Show All Sections (Doc ID 2146212.1)

On :  2.4.0.2.0 version, Billing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
After Cumulative Patch 21325244 (JUN'15) installation (SR 3-12460725001) Bill Search Page started to work differently. It doesn't show two search sections anymore:
1.  "CR Note from Bill ID" section.
2. "Document Number/Document Type" section.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The following two search sections to be displayed:
1.  "CR Note from Bill ID" section.
2. "Document Number/Document Type" section.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Admin Menu -> Installation Options (Billing tab).
2. Make sure 'Use Alternative Bill ID' is checked.
3. Make sure 'Alternative Bill ID Option' is set to 'Document Numbers'.
4. Makre sure 'Bill Correction Option' is set to 'Correction Note'.
5. Go to Main Menu -> Financial -> Bill
6. Check that Bill Search Page doesn't show sections "CR Note from Bill ID" and "Document Number/Document Type".

BUSINESS IMPACT

"CR Note from Bill ID" and "Document Number/Document Type" sections are not available.
